Clawing your way back to square one is a win only in the world of Trumps alternate facts.

Even China was willing to lower the spread in goods, but they said they didn't know what to do as the Administration kept changing their mind about agreements.

Not sure why everyone is so anti-Walmart, if they go down then people on a budget will have to pay more for essentials.

Maybe people will buy less crap from China. Even tourist items come from China and can be bought anywhere in the world. No need to travel to a certain country anymore.

Just buy from local people to have at least an original souvenir.

On top of that we already bought a lot of US made stuff as for example, China made dog door was often on recall due to pets getting sick so we changed to US dog food.

We now check for even more US made so less money for China.

We never bought any other car then European car when we lived in Europe and US brand while living here. We support the US economy as much as possible as we chose to live here and that’s our way to contribute to the IS and say thank you!

Well not if it's a sod roof...

because ma and pa (five and dime) never stood a chance ...

and if people really understood the tariff wars then they'd know, we will be paying more for our essentials. To stay in business, walmart will have to flip the bill and raise the consumer price, lower the pay for employees in order to stay in business. People on a budget will be buying fewer goods.

Yep, it's going to hit the working class the hardest.

There is a very good chance that in two years they will be worse off than they were before the election.
