Good for them.

I am an early retiree who buys ACA insurance, no subsidiaries (well maybe this year some tax break since we are already more than $10K out of pocket). I have breast cancer, diagnosed this year, after decades of great health. I have always paid for health insurance. I am terrified for what I will do until I am eligible for to join my husband on Medicare in a couple of years. It could happen to you. This is the essence of the health care debate.

I am sorry you are going through this. I am also sorry you have to read the posts by so many turds here who believe they will never get sick, never need help, never need compassion.

I don’t have to explain myself to anyone. Personal responsibility. That’s all you get.

I am delighted it does, as it was a horrific piece of legislation.

The solution for this group of people is group coverage via employment-which, of course, can be via a SO or the person involved themselves. Group plans cannot cherry pick whom they cover, and corps who self insure buy re-insurance to cover the extreme cases these folks would represent.

Did you not read ACA? Not know the heavy level of POTUS discretion built in it?
You mean the act passed by Democrats without a single Republican vote? Wonder how they will try to blame it's utter failure on Republicans this time.
