What capitulations has Trump demanded of Russia? Trump went into his summit with EU and NATO leaders demanding trade concessions and an increase of defense spending to 2% and then to 4%. Major concessions. Of Putin, Trump has demanded nothing. Instead blaming the U.S. "foolishness and stupidity" entirely on sour relations.
