They just needed a reason...this false flag did it. Can't have people expressing their free speech no matter WHAT they say good, bad or ugly, hateful or not...its not allowed! Gab was already under attack and this may shut them down for good...its the system trying to control ALL speech and confine it to social media they can control like FB,Twitter,Youtube...all alternates to those are going to be under attack.

I disagree OP. I think discussing politics anonymously is the worst thing that has ever happened to this country.

Requiring people to reregister with their real name and an email address held by their IP would not restrict the first amendment and would put an end to 90% of radical speech on the internet.

Do you think that if you write to the newspaper that you should have to use your actual name? What if you are protesting? Should you be forced to wear your name around your neck?

GAB knew that Paypal was going to pull it. They just needed an excuse. GAB made a public offering about a month ago saying that Paypal was trying to pull it, so it was trying to raise money.

Interesting how that article makes it sound like the right and conservatives are the only ones that conduct hate speech.

If you put people in jail for not doing that, then it certainly would certainly violate the first amendment.

Especially coming from RT which is funded in part by the Russian Government which is VERY nationalistic and populist....it is weird.

90%? why not 91%? obvious BS hyperbole.

vpns and registering emails on domains in other countries would easily circumvent this, too.
