and yet trump championed the belief from 2011 to 2016 despite the facts of obama's birth being confirmed by the HI department of health in october 2008.
Even if he did come from Kenya, which he did not, he was still eligible to be president. I know, facts are hard.
actually, he probably wouldn't have been. in that hypothetical obama's mother would have missed the age requirement to automatically confer US citizenship by 3 months.
That doesn't mean he cannot be impeached. Then Congress has an easy path to overturn anything he signed into law.
But you would not know that. You have Masters telling you what to do in the UK & EU. Here, "The People" run the show and we can hold anyone accountable at anytime. Remember, it is every Americans right and duty, to maintain "The Free State". We declared it, and backed it up more than once.
If you can make anyone accountable why is Trump still President.
The UK has plenty of accountability enshrined in to it's laws, indeed the US Constitution drew heavily on English Law including Magna Carta.
In terms of Obama he's already showed his birth certificate vto the entire world, and although born in Hawaii, due to his Kenyan heritage he probably does consider himself Kenyan to some extent.

He definitely trolled birthers. And they fell for it.
He has every right to troll birthers with the nonsense they have been flinging at him for years now. And still are...I hope he never stops trolling them, to be honest, if they're never going to let it go (which this thread shows will likely never happen).

Status as a natural-born citizen of the United States ....
the current overwhelming legal opinion is that the definition of NBC is simply "citizen at birth", this would include those born outside the US who received US citizenship at birth.
trump actually had standing to challenge ted cruz's eligibility, which would have forced the SCOTUS to rule on a definition, but........ trump let the birthers down on that front also.
