Looks like 72% of women in New Mexico are having babies they can't afford and are just trying to have as many future criminals, welfare shoppers and welfare as a career people.
I am all for Medicaid state of the art block program that would mean states get an amount on a per-capita basis tied to inflation from the federal government and get massive amounts of extra money because they are like New Mexico where having as many babies as possible when poor is practically a cultural tradition.
Why does the state of New Mexico where having babies when poor is a cultural custom and highly praised being subsidized by people in states like North Dakota and New Hampshire who don't have the same cultural customs.
Time for Medicaid block grant which would mean states get Medicaid based on population size.
I personally would love to see big Medicaid expansions in states like New Hampshire and North Dakota under a per-capita block grant, while states like California and New Mexico have a healthcare system that collapses.
Would be interesting if the whole health care system collapsed in states like New Mexico and California and the massive number of women who do nothing but get pregnant and have more future criminals as a career didn't have access to OBGYN's when they needed them most.
The Medicaid system would be better than ever for states like North Dakota, New Hampshire while states like New Mexico and California would have a health care system that completely collapses.
