The value of real estate in a relatively small, albeit denying populated, area of the state has been soaring for decades making housing increasingly unaffordable for the least skilled or otherwise vulnerable people.

Heroin and opioid abuse per capita is the highest in the red states. That and homelessness are national problems. Why isn't Trump doing anything about it?
