I'm not talking about her vocal condition. I'm talking about uninflected boring tones. Coupled with her absence of personality, intellect, or sense of humor.
I agree about Nancy Grace but wouldn't call her "news media"!
Wasn't she a prosecutor at some point? I can see her being the type to get too emotionally wrapped up in a case and saying something off the cuff that would get a solid case thrown out and a dreg of society walking free on a technicality because she spouted off conjecture rather than sticking to the facts of the case.
Nancy Grace could win an annoying voice contest just by watching her talk with the sound off.
I can't listen to presidents either, and not just Donald Trump. Barack Obama drove me crazy, too. And Bush. And Clinton. And other Bush. And Reagan. Carter did not/does not bother me for whatever reason. I can and do read transcripts of presidential addresses, but I just can't listen to them speak. Sets my teeth on edge. I read almost all my news for the same reason.
Trump's and Trudeau's voices make it exceedingly difficult to watch the news these days. I'm with you, would rather read the news.
Can't stand Nancy Grace. I took the time to complain about her when she was on Good Morning America (yes I like my George and Robin -- the rest meh). And I don't boycott or complain about anyone -- well over the years I did officially complain when shows had Trump on --yes this was like 10 years ago -- I know what a waste of my time --lol.
Rachel Maddow by far!!!
Then Chris Cuomo (his voice is also constantly dripping with arrogance) and Jorge Ramos and that Mexican CNN White House correspondant that always gets into it with Trump.
They aren't news media but they act like they are reporting fact when discussing their opinions.
