Oh boo-hoo, maybe he shouldn't call grieving families crisis actors and say it was a fake attack... He got sued for slander and he is suing for court costs, throw it out judge.
And again his lawyers are trying to use the argument that what he says isn't fact

Whack jobs, inspired by Jones and other for profit conspiracy theorists, have been harassing surviving victims and families of nearly every mass shooting. Death threats, personal attacks, demands for proof and so on are common.
6 families had enough and made the decision to sue Jones.
His defense is relying on the free speech argument- Jones is expressing an opinion.
