Good article. They are right. There is a lot of history I don't like but I don't want it erased...live with it as everyone else does. For some reason progressives think they know what's best for ALL Americans.

A lot of things are named after a lot of people. I challenge you to find a single one of them who is perfect.

When does West Virginia start removing/renaming everything associated with Robert Byrd, former Grand Wizard of the KKK and Democrat Senator? I think I counted 55 places on this list.

Wikipedia: List of places named after Robert Byrd

WOW Imagine a headline that reads "Trump was right" you don't hear that very often.

The Social Justice Warriors have a habit of reminding people of problems they never knew they had.

I think it was wrong to remove the statues of Confederates because it is history and instead of serving as a symbol of oppression they should have served as inspiration to all as in how far we have come.

I wonder when they will be attacking George Washington considering that he owned his first slave as a kid.

SO what do they want to rename Austin ? Would they be happy with Obama?

I'd like to see those who want to rewrite history get together and move to an uninhabited island somewhere and they can start fresh in their own utopia and leave history alone.

My thoughts exactly. Austin is not changing its name. It won't happen. The loony lefties down there are loud but they're still a small minority.

This quote accurately describes today's progressives:

"....Old-school liberals underestimate the ISIS-like desire of progressives to wipe out history that does not pass ideological muster........
