Not a good number, but oddly it will be celebrated as "awesome".

The 12 month average is 203,000, which is well below the average from past years.

Well, Bloomberg is saying the numbers are where they should be. Nothing bad, nothing great and the economy keeps rolling forward at a good pace.
Bloomberg is not a fan of Trump and will take any opportunity to disparage him.

If being below average, and missing expectations is a good thing, then let us celebrate.

You're missing the point....when things are already full....how can you continue to add at a pace equal to or faster than you got to the full point?

Are we celebrating? What are we celebrating? It seems you're just trying to make a controversy where non exists.
Annalists which aren't pro or anti Trump are saying the numbers are where they should be. There was nothing surprising about those job numbers. That's all. Why try and make this something it's not?

ADP said jobs grew by 219,000. Not sure where the OP is getting 157,000.

You're obviously determined to make a jobs report which even Bloomberg agrees is where it should be into an anti Trump tirade. Have fun with it and best of luck to you.

ADP is a private company who make their own estimates based on the data they have available. The 157K is the official number.
