I like the policies he proposes. If that makes me a nutcase in the minds of some then so be it. But I'm not a nutcase .

I didn't always care for Obama's policies or ideas on "fundamentally changing the country" but I didn't spend much time bashing him or his fanboys/girls. I didn't talk about politics that much at all to be honest.

I do think politics can breed cult like behavior. It's like religion, once you think you got something that's CORRECT in your head you just kind of stop thinking about the details and follow the crowd on the talking points. I know R's and D's who do this.

Conversely the media is making left-wingers think they have 2020 in the bag, thus complacency.
No one has said that but we will find out how the country thinks in a few months with the midterm elections.

You'd think that the fact that a gullible idiot from North Carolina traveled to D.C with a gun to rescue the children from the basement of a pizza parlor that didn't have a basement, based on the Pizzagate conspiracy nonsense, would be enough to put an end to this sort of idiocy, but, no, we seem to have an endless supply of gullible chumps in 'Murica. They just want to believe, I guess.

BTW, why are these conspiracy theory morons obsessed with pedophiles? Projection perhaps?

What is really scary is that there are these conspiracy nuts, like the Q people, walking around among us, and they ACTUALLY BELIEVE THIS S*** ! What happened in their development to cause them to be so far out of touch with reality ?

I read Rosanne Bar believes in them and she's had mental health issues. I don't know if they people are just ignorant or crazy who believe in this wacky Qanon. Trump is a fool to even let them into his rallies. Makes him look more stupid.

After a generation of Limbaugh and his ilk pumping out the hate your neighbor rhetoric and a reality type tv show like FOX doing the same we now can see the results of such a course of action,a once great country gone mad with hate venom and vitriol.

We won't actually, because Obama lost horrifically in the 2010 midterms, and won 2012 easily.
When you have divisive President like Obama or Trump, there is a huge backlash in the midterms.
In fact even if its not a divisive President, hard to maintain power in the midterms, because voter enthusiasm is always a problem just after you enter the White House.
