I'm sorry, but I don't understand your post. Are you objecting to the word "controversial"? Surely you'd agree that there has been a lot of controversy about ICE lately.
What's the controversy when they are only doing the job that they get paid to do based on our laws?
For the umpteenth time those seeking asylum at a legal port of entry were not jailed nor were they separated from their kids! It was only those who entered illegally with their kids that were and they were forewarned about it. ICE isn't working on the border the Border Patrol is. ICE only enters the picture once someone is illegally in our country. It's their job to detain them and see that they are deported by Homeland Security.
Where were these concentration camps? Both the parents and their kids were treated humanely and supplied with all their needs.
No, just no. I don't support illegal immigration. I support being open to those seeking asylum which under Trump it allegedly has been harder to do legally at the points of entry by ICE and the border agents. Then you have the separation of children from their parents with some parents caught and released while their children are orphaned. I'm sorry but that is some ****ed up **** Hitler did with his concentration camps. I don't think FDR did that with the Japanese internment camps.
An FYI - the separation policy was also being done by the Obama administration.

All these people on the left are protesting to “abolish ICE” because they’ve been fed misinformation saying ICE is a controversial agency or talking about ICE raids as scary .
They aren’t focusing at all on the types of people that are mostly getting picked up in the raids . Criminal illegal aliens that have committed serious crimes . Crimes like rape and child molestation etc .
They also never explain that most of the raids in neighborhoods are becsuse these cities are sanctuary cities that don’t work with federal agencies to actually deport the illegal alien criminals .
They are allowing them to go back into neighborhoods and commit more crime .

It's more sinister than that unfortunately. Modern day leftists want a 1 world open border society; most will deny it, but some are brave enough to admit it. They truly believe that they can socially engineer a leftist Utopia on earth if only they put the right people in power, and anyone that disagrees or interferes with their agenda must be demonized into shame and silence, that's what we're seeing now. Progressivism is a religion; they are the truly devout.
