I thought Trump only surrounded himself with the finest, best people. Seems like he (Trump) either is a liar, and a very unloyal person, who will throw his closest people under the bus at the first hint of trouble, or in fact, he was the swamp leader. If Cohen was in fact a "real criminal" (as you shouted), then why did Trump keep him as his personal lawyer so many years.
More on point though: I was never one to really question the legitimacy of the election results, until now. Trump has now been accused of a felony (Campaign Fraud, for using campaign funds to silence stormy). NOW, that his most trusted, most loyal LEGAL advisor has said, under oath, that Trump directed the mis-use of campaign funds to silence someone, and perpetuate a lie that Trump has been saying all along (not under Oath, though), I wonder, if he had not broken the law, and if he'd have let Stormy tell the truth from the get-go, would he have still won? We'll never know. I still maintain, he probably won the election (with a minority popular vote) fair and square, by election rules, but it sure is a nasty shart-stain on his Presidency that he did so, based on verified lies, and that had the truth come out, the legit results MIGHT have been different.
And his entire campaign is starting to be shown to be lies:
-His claim that America was not great is known to be a lie.
-Now his claim that he was going to drain the swamp is shown to be one too. He RAN the swamp. The greatest swamp. Nobody has a swamp like Trump. Believe me.
I think it's clear that if Trump had just let the Daniels story leak he would have still won. I mean if his voters weren't going to turn on him after the Access Hollywood audio they sure wouldn't care about that.

Now, the question is why we can’t get this clown out of office due to a fraudulent election? He should not be allowed to appoint a dog catcher at this point. Let alone nominate anyone for the Supreme Court. Trump is a Proven liar.

While I agree with your overall premise the election swung on such tiny margins in 3 states that I don't think we can say definitively it wouldn't have changed the outcome. While we've gotten more and more accustomed to Trump breaking presidential norms being exposed for banging a porn star months after your child was born is going to negatively impact every candidate. It certainly would have moved the needle some on election day.
Now Lanny Davis is promoting a fundme site so he can get paid, under the guise of saying Cohen needs the money so he can tell, the yet untold, truth.
Oh and BTW Cohen won't accept a pardon if offered. Matter of ethics which apparently he just discovered.
All they need is some money to pry the truth out of them.

I have felt that, big orange ended up in this position for a reason, with his habitual deception, thievery and overall disgusting behavior for life, becoming known to all. If he had remained in his "old life", he would have continued as usual, causing trouble, suing, paying others off, hiding behind cash and pretended success and though having been known and disliked by some then, this way he would become even more entangled and unable to hide, being fully exposed for the complete scum that he is, and finally caught.

Perhaps the scariest comment I've heard yet, and (sadly) not unexpected.
One of the greatest things about America is the peaceful transfer of Power, and here you have people (and E.L. is not the only one) who proudly state that they don't care about our constitution, about law, or about the intent of the founding fathers.
I honestly think that it will be the toughest day for America in my 51 years, when Trump's time is up. Doesn't matter if it's by election in 2020 or 2024, or by some form of legal process at any time, I am fearful that he won't go peacefully, and that his cult-bot followers will mindlessly hit the streets to fight it.
