That's the thing about Video Tape -- you can actually see the guy handing her money. I think they get paid more if they can get arrested. Interview from 4 doctors that were in line about how it works on RealClearPolitics. Apparently - the line to get into the hearing was full of these folks - some to get in and some to hold places for others to get in. Selection was either by Lottery OR by a "pass" from a member of the Committee. Clear as day that a LOT of Democrats provided the passes for these #Resistance Agitators. They hauled out 70 of them yesterday and around 50 got arrested.

Three Texas Doctors: We Saw Protesters Paid In Cash To Disrupt Brett Kavanaugh Hearing On Line To Enter |Real Clear Politics

ParcialTranscript:
Hello, I'm Dr. Tom Schlueter from Texas, we came here to participate in the hearings, to get in the line. They told us to be here at 8:00, 8:30 at the latest, to get in line to go inside and hear the hearings. We got here at about 8:15 and there was already 100 people in line, and most of them would be probably classified by me as 'opposing everything going on with Judge Kavanaugh,' and so we began to see a process of things unfolding as we were standing in line that kept the line from going ahead.

One thing was there were people who had come along... who had a bag of money, and people would hand them a piece of paper, and then they would give them money. So we know money was exchanged for some of the people to be here, just to protest.

There was no depth to what their understanding, they were just here to be a disruption, protesters. They were actually told, we heard them say this, 'when you go in, we want you to yell, to scream, and even possibly to get arrested.' So that was some of the processes we saw happening...

DOCTOR BURTON PURVIS, ARLINGTON:
The most telling thing was listening to them giving names and addresses, so when they were arrested, they were keeping a record and celebrating who got arrested, without any regard for any open discussion or even the possibility of being convinced of anything, it was just for the purpose of disruption and to have some kind of disruption of the process. And after seeing the shrieking and caterwauling of Democrats in these hearings, it's clear why the Republicans decided to not hold hearings a few years ago.

They called it correctly. Democrats clearly don't want any kind of reasonable discussion over Supreme Court justices. They only want to yell and scream, throw their temper tantrums, and keep doing it until the adults give up and give them what they want. Since they can't get their big-govt liberalism by any constitutional method.

" 1937 Roosevelt announces “court-packing” plan

On February 5, 1937, President Franklin Roosevelt announces a controversial plan to expand the Supreme Court to as many as 15 judges, allegedly to make it more efficient. Critics immediately charged that Roosevelt was trying to “pack” the court and thus neutralize Supreme Court justices hostile to his New Deal.
During the previous two years, the high court had struck down several key pieces of New Deal legislation on the grounds that the laws delegated an unconstitutional amount of authority to the executive branch and the federal government. Flushed with his landslide reelection in 1936, President Roosevelt issued a proposal in February 1937 to provide retirement at full pay for all members of the court over 70. If a justice refused to retire, an “assistant” with full voting rights was to be appointed, thus ensuring Roosevelt a liberal majority. Most Republicans and many Democrats in Congress opposed the so-called “court-packing” plan."

"Soon after, Roosevelt had the opportunity to nominate his first Supreme Court justice, and by 1942 all but two of the justices were his appointees."

The normal people in America - that is, the large majority - remember well the Democrats in Congress siting on their hands and sulking during the last State of the Union message as President Trump pointed out the many ways the nation is improving. Mindless resistance and destruction was the only thing the Democrats wanted.

They made their beds. Now they have to lie in them. Fortunately, lying is one thing the Dems are good at.

They really are. Since the 2016 election, they’ve lost their minds. It’s amazing that there is talk of a blue wave at all. Trump is bad, but these people seem much worse to me. At least the media acts as a watchdog to Trump. They rubber stamp these power mad people when they’re in office.

The thundering a-hole Democrat left, at it again.

Why do they think it is desireable to behave in this sort of outrageously childish and uncivil manner during a hearing by the US Senate? What is wrong with these people?
