What if all nine Justices behaved like this?

Kavanaugh has lied to Congress on several occasion. He no more belongs on the Supreme Court than Thomas does.
too bad there isn't term limits or a test for fitness: if there was maybe Ginsburg would be gone as she isn't worth anything either. Does someone have to write landmark decisions everyday or even every year to be worth anything?

Where are you getting the idea Kavanaugh has lied over and over.?

Or forget it, you are always right, just ask yourself!!!!!

Thomas rarely writes or even says anything. He relied on Scalia's legal reasoning until he passed. Thomas' contribution to the the legal reasoning of the Supreme Court doesn't hold a candle to Ginsburg's.

As to Kavanaugh lying under oath repeatedly, you should try Googling it. You'd be amazed at how much has been reported.

But just in case that is not possible, here are some of the highlights about the pesky documents that keep coming to light contradicting various statements Kavanaugh has made to the Senate.

For example, Kavanaugh claimed he “was not involved” in legal questions related to the detention enemy combatants. There are at least three recorded examples of Kavanaugh participating in discussions of Bush's detainee policy. When confronted with the evidence, he continued to lie.

GOP aide on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Manuel Miranda, stole thousands of documents belonging to the committee’s Democratic staff. Kavanaugh was a White House lawyer working on judicial nominations, working alongside Miranda. He used to deny that he had seen the documents. That was revealed to be a lie. Now he just denies he knew they were stolen.

Hard to imagine that a legal mind of the caliber to be on the Supreme Court would not have known or, the very least, inquired about the source of thousands of documents belonging to Democrats.

If you don't feel like doing any research, you could watch this.

Republicans are blocking the release of documents from the years that Kavanaugh worked for Bush administration for a reason.

Everyone who is in America should be terrified by the Nazi-like tactics and disposition of the left-wing (now, in general, the entire Democrat party) in America today.

Though it doesn't really matter, I guess. Within a generation America will basically be Europe - where "far right" will simply mean wanting a border, and English as a language, and other normal things.

There should never be term limits for SCOTUS. Lifetime appointments are crucial for it to work. Imagine these people worrying about their careers after their term ended. How objective could they really be then?

Why the Rush to confirm Kavanaugh? The Supreme Court is doing fine without him. Why are the Republicans in such a hurry? This is moving too fast to confirm without all of the needed documents. They didn’t move this fast to confirm anyone else. Since Trump is under investigation there should be no one confirmed until AFTER the investigations. This seems to be Trumps attempt to stack the court with right wing nut jobs.
