The conspiracy theory that the left have just woven against an innocent man is a massive attempt to trap any weak politicians into their web along with their weak minded supporters.
Will the FBI looking into this matter be enough? When Kavanaugh comes out of it clean for the 8th time, what will the Dems demand next?
Just cut to the chase and get the Therapist's notes, sworn testimony and recordings. As well as check both their texts, emails to see if there are any planning of lying, etc.

This wasn't a trial. However, Ford's credible testimony could be enough to disqualify someone during a job interview, which is what this was.
IF the FBI does investigate Dr. Ford's allegations further, they may find that she knowingly lied in order to influence a SCOTUS judgeship. IF that is the case-what is the penalty? What, if any, laws are those that aided her in promoting a false narrative? If she profits from them, and profit was part of the motivation, is she guilty of expanded charges? Finally, should a defamation suit be filed by Judge Kavanaugh-what could the penalties be?
Either defamation or perjury would require showing her statements to be false through some other form of evidence, that is not likely possible given how much time has passed.
I don't think anything would happen to her. She would go on sipping her coke and talking like a 15 year old valley girl while giggling and laughing at the charges she was facing.
What is sad is that the Left is using her as a pawn and she doesn't even know it. If she is as frail as she was made out to be from a 36 year old incident then I'm really concerned about what is going to happen to her when the Left is done with her.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that this is nothing but a lie to keep Kavanaugh off of the Supreme Court.
That's why the Dems are doing it this way. They don't need to prove anything. The woman can just lie constantly and no one will ever be able to prove she is lying. But, as for the accused, the Dems don't need to prove anything. An accusation is enough to give them an excuse not to vote for him and to compel others not to vote for him.
