While it would only be fair to tax them like they do others, I don't support treating legal muslims in the US from being treated different by the government. What I support is a general ban on all muslim immigration and high restrictions on their entry especially from most muslim countries.

Ahh, the old Two Wrongs Make a Right fallacy. Consider that if we did something like that, we'd not only be no better than the Sharia Law countries, but we'd also be discouraging talent. It's not our fault if more or their educated, skilled, and ambitious people want to move here than our equally educated, skilled, and ambitious non-Muslims want to move there. Let them learn the price of religious discrimination on their own, rather than have us sink down to their leve.

No I don't. For one, what you said is wrong. I cannot think of a Muslim country that imposes a 'jizya' on Christians today. Not even Saudi Arabia does this. What was practiced under the Ottomans and several medieval empires is not relevant today.
Second, even if they did, so what? Are we supposed to copy them? Are Muslims in the USA responsible for what Muslims do in other countries? Is the US a better place for treating her citizens differently? Is this a troll question, or are you just limited?

Nothing quite like striving to emulate what one claims to hate.

Sure, let's follow the the examples of some of the most backward, hateful countries in the world and lower ourselves to their standards, we'll get ourselves back to the dark ages in no time.
Small problem with the equal protection thing in the constitution.
