Or should we allow people to dine in tightey-whiteys?
If the owner thinks its appropriate, why not?

And, no, the reason that you see the "no smoking signs per the Department of Health" is NOT the same as the "no shirt, no service".

The latter has to do with the way the owner wishes to conduct his or her business. Their choice.

We had a new resturant recently open near my office - the "Fantasy Grill" - they have a "dress code" for the waitresses. Teddies or other type of Lingerie.

I've been there a couple of times. Don't know how the food is!

Because the same department that bans this act (and the act of smoking inside) is doing so in your best interest. They are the ones who keep your burger free from maggots.

LMAO, I'm sure.

I've seen those on the news, quite the interesting places.

But, of course, the ladies do have the choice to work there, or not, correct?

So - you agree that the government is better in deciding what is in "my best interest"? That I can't figure it out for myself?

If you'll read previous posts, I've explained this in detail. But quickly, the dangers in food preparation are covert, not openly noticable as is smoking.

For clarification, do you mean only restaurants and bars? I assume you mean all businesses, Restaurants and bars shouldn't be entitled to any special property rights.

Most of us can, but I guess some of us can't and need a bureaucrat at the state or federal government to decide for us.
