"Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s collusion case against the NFL will proceed after an arbitrator appointed by the league and the players’ association ruled that Kaepernick had produced sufficient evidence that NFL owners colluded to keep him out of the league following his trailblazing protests during the national anthem. "
COLLUSION ? What the heck? is it against the law not to hire someone that is a trouble maker? it is very possible that Kaepernick will bring unwanted attention to any team and possibly sow discord in the locker room as well as on the field.
A NFL team is just that, a team and one bad apple can spoil the bunch.
There is no doubt that most of us have worked for companies before where there have been lousy employees that brought a bad attitude to the work place and frustrated everyone.
Why would anyone willingly hire someone that has so much baggage?
The NFL is a big company but it is pretty tight and word would get around that Colin is poison.
Another angle is that his ability fell off. He started off with great promise and in his final season he wasn't that good.
If the guy was any good there are desperate teams looking for wins that would take him on regardless of the drama he brings.

He works for an industry does not want to be used to deliver political/social messages, he is welcome to participate in public displays, protest etc. on his own time and not in uniform. When I was in the Navy we were excluded from attending political rallies, protests etc. while in uniform but we could do it in civilian clothes on our own time.
The point is the Navy like the Football Teams do not want to be associated with the support /message someone is trying to convey he do that as a private citizen not a representative of a team.
