Just to be clear, I'm 100% in favor of government sponsored or even funded abortions in cases of rape, incest or in cases where the child will be raised in a home where eternal victim-hood is taught or when the child is likely to become a democrat voter.

there have been many opportunities to overturn roe v wade, and it never happened. and i seriously doubt that gay marriage will be overturned either. all this is, is another attempt to try and tarnish the image of a well qualified justice.

and when we get right down to it, the justices on the supreme court, as well as any other court in the land, should not be trying to rewrite laws, or try to make new loaw from the bench, that is what the legislatures are for across the country. the justices are supposed to apply the constitution to the laws AS WRITTEN, and if the laws AS WRITTEN are determined to be constitutional then they rule on the case.

No, they are law of the land and every poll indicates that the the majority of Americans are ok with both. I would actually join the Republican party if they were ok with RVR.

I say they can only try to overturn Roe vs. Wade when the supreme court begins making decisions on the male body and NOT before!

I've driven many times and never had an accident.

I've ridden horses and never been thrown.

I've gone swimming hundreds of times and haven't yet drowned.

The fact that it didn't happen to you doesn't mean it doesn't happen to anyone.
