You know Trump is getting more desperate when even his own appointees are refusing to hear his bull**** court actions.

He is obviously desperate to hide something, probably money laundering or other illegal activities.

Well...........He said multiple times he would release his tax returns if or when "this or that happened."

Can't remember if "being forced to do so by the court" was on that list or not.

The only reason they want his returns is a way to harass him, give him a hard time, hassle him. They hate him so much because he is very effective in conservative policies and against things they want.

Or he will just find a judge that will give him what he wants.

Any politician unwilling to show his tax returns or income source is a crook. Period. A tax return should be required to pull election papers.

Tell me where in the Constitution it says a president or any person has to show their Tax returns?

Trump will keep pleading and eventually win

in this case the 10th amendment.

“the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

trump's tax returns have been subpoenaed by state prosecutors. this is within their legal right and not forbidden to the state in the constitution.
