Washington, D.C., district court Judge Trevor McFadden threw out House Democrats' lawsuit seeking an injunction against President Trump's emergency border wall funding reallocation, saying that the matter is fundamentally a political dispute and that the politicians lack standing to make a legal case.
The SCOTUS will be making the final call on this issue. And there is a high liklihood that their ruling is extremely similar to Judge McFadden's ruling here.
The Dems hate judges who use the actual law when making their decisions. They rely on activist judges making up law to support their agenda.
I can't comment on the propriety of the ruling, but this argument doesn't really hold water in the wake of Trump's attacks on judges appointed by Democrats.
This judge was not just appointed by a Republican; he was appointed by Trump himself. He's also a member of the Federalist Society. His ruling might be correct, but this is an odd time for you to trot out a line about how he's not like those other "activist judges."

Stand by what I said. I judge the judges by what they do, not by the groups they belong to.
Sorry if the facts don’t support your delusions. Suck it up.
