“Boycotting the national anthem is so 2017. Who knew a bunch of millionaires would be so whiney”
They are employees. Its ultimately employers decision.

NFL revenue is up 5% compared to last year and the last TV contract they negotiated in January represented a ~50% increase from the prior one. NFL is doing fine and they will be for a long time. I'd say CTE will be a much bigger issue for them in the future than these boycotts.

So if you don’t find watching pro football entertaining anymore, do something different.

The NFL will continue or not continue, it doesn’t amount to a hill of beans one way or the other. And neither does this boycott.

The NFL should be boycotted permanently until all the players stand for and respect the National Anthem.

almost everyone that i've talked to in my personal life that says "I'm boycotting the NFL" follow that up with "but I'm still watching my team, just not the other teams", or will talk to you about the NFL and you can tell they are clearly following it.

I think I will watch the NFL on Veterans Day. What a bunch of crybaby snowflakes.

Until The league and advertisers feel the pain, they will continue to let this practice slide and not televise the Anthem.

I support this 100%
Well, since it's a Facebook Group, I'll ignore it and do what I want. Ditto for YouTube, blogs, and the like.

I'm a Veteran, and I have no problem with the players kneeling in protest.

I thought we were boycotting social media because of their lack of slavish devotion to Cheeto Jesus?

I'm so confused.

Why does politics have to be thrust into much of entertainment, and many other things today? Why must we have to turn all most everything off? Much of TV, movies, sports, "news", etc seem to all push a Progressive agenda today. The upside is, I am reading more books in the evening now, and doing other things that are much more productive.
