I know, I know - if we call the dumb hicks out for being dumb hicks, they get pouty and stubborn and double down on the dumb-hickery just to teach us a lesson.
But in the name of all that's holy and unholy, Arizona, could you try to not embrace the stereotype? I've been to Phoenix, you have what looks like a fairly advanced civilization, what is with this?
They are nutty and they live among us.
I used to work with a guy that was a Born Again Christian and he would get really mad if someone brought up evolution and commented that man evolved from monkeys. He also believed that carbon dating of dinosaur bones was fake because the earth wasn't here 20 million years ago.
Peoples beliefs are their own and as long as they don't try to force them onto the rest of us what they choose to believe in is fine.
Creationist here who does believe dinosaurs came onto Noah's Ark. However, to find reliable scientific evidence to back that up would be almost miraculous.
He also believed that carbon dating of dinosaur bones was fake...
Just because we're on the side of facts and science here: You can't carbon-date dinosaur bones - you date the rock strata they're found in, and there are radiometric methods used - just not carbon.
Sounds like the only change that was made is to say that evolution is an explanation for “the unity and diversity of life” and not the explanation. I don’t have a problem with that. I think some differences among plants and animals are not attibuted to evolution. A species can change in one generation. Evolution implies a change over generations.

Then why would you believe such evidence-less gibberish. Or even that Noah or his ark even existed. Boggles the mind how gullible "believers" are.

YouTuber AronRa has videos from mid 2017 that disprove Noah's Flood. Being generous, he does allow that, at most, it may have been a localized flood. But certainly not a world-wide flood, or even a flood covering half the world.

Carbon-dating is reliable for only a few tens of thousands of years at most, IIRC. Not much time in geologic terms but enough to blow 6000-year creationism out of the water.
