Another thread documented Booker's confession of molesting a 15 year old girl. Written almost as a porn novel. (should I grope her t** first?..etc..the girl was passed out so he had a wide open field)
But he's not the only one.
Keith Ellison, ex-Democrat Congressman from MN, current Dem candidate for MN AG and either chair of vice-chair of the national Dem. Party (I'm not sure what his title is but he's a bigwig of some kind) is accused by his ex-GF of abuse. She claims physical and mental, but physical evidence hasn't been found.
She (Karen Monahan) claims her tweets about this always get deleted and that the Party has leaned on her to shut up, even threatened her. She released her medical report from 11/17 because operatives claim this is a recent fabrication to hurt Ellison's campaign.
Her son backs her up and they both say there's a video to prove it, although Ms. Monahan won't release it.
From I read Booker was 15 at the time too and was also intoxicated. I don't condone his behavior but at least keep it in context. Booker's behavior at that time was deplorable.
Ellison is being investigated by his party now. If it is found he did something he should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
1. Booker was 15 at the time and with another teen. That's not molestation. Molestation is when an adult has inappropriate sexual contact with a minor.
2. Booker wrote in the column that the girl initiated a kiss with him before he groped her, so given that you could hardly call it an improper assault.

Tell it to the judge.
Taking advantage of a passed out girl is sick and I'm sure the law would consider it sex assault.
You can't get away with raping someone just because you're only 15.

Karens medical report from the year after they broke up was for anemia. It states that she said it was due to stress, and also mentions that she stopped taking her iron supplements. It goes on to state that there was no physical injuries reported or seen. IF Karen is not satisfied with the investigation by the DNC she can easily file a criminal complaint with the local police department.

You must be confusing rape with statutory rape.
How was she passed out if she kissed him?
And I'm not confusing anything. The OP said molestation. That is wrong. There could be a discussion about whether or not something was inappropriate sexual conduct and attempted rape or whatever, but it's a fact that two underage teens together is not molestation.

Here is a third: at no point in Booker's column did I read anything that led me to think the girl was passed out.
“Our groping ended soon and while no 'relationship' ensued, a friendship did. You see, the next week in school she told me that she was drunk that night and didn't really know what she was doing,” he added.
