The same "constitutionalists" who decided that corporations were people protected by the First Amendment?

Here we go again!

It is a tax cut for more than 80% of tax payers, not just for "the rich."

And the president is supposed to be able to nominate justices.

But with the GOP's new precedent regarding a president not being allowed to nominate a SCOTUS candidate, Trump won't be allowed to nominate anyone after 2019, unless he is re-elected in 2020. Mitch McConnell said so.

Kavenaugh s one step closer to that.
All are traitors.

Vote out Republicans and keep them out.
The old white men will die out and do not replace them.

They represent a tiny portion of the USA.
Their mere presence is power denotes corruption.

How so? How is his nomination an attack on Democracy? He meets all the criteria as put forth by the US Constitution to be nominated by the duly elected President of the USA. And he will go through the confirmation process also as put forth by the US Constitution. So please spell that out, else.....

I don't see the issue.

The rest of your post is simple Trump derangement. You hate Trump and you have to make up stuff to justify it. Irrelevant to what I responded to in the first place. I get that you guys can't possibly accept that Trump beat the pantsuit off Hillary Clinton. But that's a personal issue having nothing to do with this being a democratic process.

He can just keep nominating them. There is no legal requirement for there to be only 9 justices. Might as well REALLY stack the court.....

Yes how dare anyone take what the Constitution says literally instead of making things up and discovering an endless litany of new "rights" hidden in what appears to be Plain English??

The horror.

Corporations, aka, groups of people, are not people?

To rule the other way would require them to tear down the First Amendment and shut down all news outlets - they are corporations too.

If gerrymandering isn't constitutional then how is it that Democrats in every blue state have been able to successfully gerrymander democratic strongholds?

By all means, I dare you to accept a complete and total end to all gerrymandering. No more "districts"...everything will be at large.

You cool with that?

Corporations are not people...they are "persons" and this is not a novel concept in any fashion. Corporate personhood is older than you, or anyone else alive today.
