I wonder how many Ford-shamers on this forum would be singing a different tune if that had been their daughter or wife testifying.

I wonder how many Kananaugh-shamers on this forum would be singing a different tune if it had been their son or husband being accused of sexual assault without any evidence resulting in their lives being torn apart or ruined?

...corroborated by Ludington

"...was corroborated by Kavanaugh's old college classmate, Chad Ludington. Ludington has recently come out to accuse Kavanaugh of supposedly lying about his drinking habits to the SJC. In a statement on Sunday to reporters while he stood in his North Carolina driveway, Ludington said, “On one of the last occasions I purposely socialized with Brett, I witnessed him respond to a semi-hostile remark, not by defusing the situation, but by throwing his beer in the man’s face."

Ludington continued,

The guy swung at Brett...[and Chris Dudley] took his beer and smashed it into the head of the guy, who by now had Brett in an embrace. I then tried to pull Chris back, and a bunch of other guys tried to pull the other guy back. I don’t know what Brett was doing in the melee, but there was blood, there was glass, there was beer and there was some shouting, and the police showed up."
From the report ...... Mr Kavanaugh threw ICE.
From Ludington ....... Kavanaugh threw BEER

Hmmm -

What is your definition of "proof?" There are people in prison who were convicted because a witness was sworn under oath, with no other forensic evidence.

So why has her family not come out in support or to defend her?

If my unstable sister was lying under oath in front of the Senate, I'd stay silent also. Maybe they know her very well and things we don't know.

Please give us an example to back up your statement. Who today was convicted of a crime without any credible witnesses, that being a witness that can back up their testimony, or any other proof except being accused?

That "faulty memory" thing is sure going around ....... funny that the "faulty memory" thing is always on the side of accusers. I think a pattern is emerging.
