I wonder how many Kananaugh-shamers on this forum would be singing a different tune if it had been their son or husband being accused of sexual assault without any evidence resulting in their lives being torn apart or ruined?

The guy swung at Brett...[and Chris Dudley] took his beer and smashed it into the head of the guy, who by now had Brett in an embrace. I then tried to pull Chris back, and a bunch of other guys tried to pull the other guy back. I don’t know what Brett was doing in the melee, but there was blood, there was glass, there was beer and there was some shouting, and the police showed up."

It will no doubt be more of the same. Accuse the nominee of crimes without any proof. Maybe the next nominee will be accused of child porn or trafficking drugs in elementary school. They better hope Ginsberg doesn't need to be replaced soon or they are going to look pretty stupid and petty when they play the same tactics again.
What is your definition of "proof?" There are people in prison who were convicted because a witness was sworn under oath, with no other forensic evidence.
Not only that - but though some people are saying that K threw a beer in a guy's face, apparently the report says he threw ice in a guy's face. Ice. Who drinks beer with ice in it? Yuck.

Please give us an example to back up your statement. Who today was convicted of a crime without any credible witnesses, that being a witness that can back up their testimony, or any other proof except being accused?
The police report has already shown the partisan Ludington has a faulty memory.
That "faulty memory" thing is sure going around ....... funny that the "faulty memory" thing is always on the side of accusers. I think a pattern is emerging.
