Huh at the end of the article, he was also quoted as saying
"Grassley also said he expects more women to join the committee come January.
"On average, any woman in the United States Senate, whether they're on Judiciary or any other committee, probably work harder than the average man,"

Not so. In 2017 there were more women than men enrolling in medical school. I see more women doctors in our local practice.

In 2016 more women than men enrolled in law school.

I once had a pediatrician whose husband worked at home in his wood shop, and I know a family practice doc whose husband stays home with the kids.

The tendency these days is for both men and women in medicine to want to have a better balance between professional and home life.

Yes, and medicine, of all professions, has had more women it in for years. Even now only about 18% of undergraduate engineering and computer science degrees are earned by women in the US.

I'm 59 years old. My oldest child turned 30 today. I started with organized play groups when he was about 18 months old. We had stay at home Dads in our group back then. That was 28 years ago.

Welcome to the 21st century people.

Same thing that Harvard female grads do. They marry men who make more than them and stay at home or don’t dedicate themselves to their careers.

Is Dianne Fienstein too old also? She's older than Grassley, so should she retire? Or is she "in touch with 2018".
