Please support the facts you claim. Perhaps you are suggesting that SOME mothers of small children prefer jobs with flexibility and time at home. Surely you are not suggesting that all women want the same thing.

I'm 59 years old. My oldest child turned 30 today. I started with organized play groups when he was about 18 months old. We had stay at home Dads in our group back then. That was 28 years ago.
Men make up 50% of the population and represent a fraction of nurses. Why aren’t you complaining? Women make up 50% of the population and represent 0% of the NBA.
Same thing that Harvard female grads do. They marry men who make more than them and stay at home or don’t dedicate themselves to their careers.
