I'd be happy to see the "full faith and credit" clause fully recognized and concealed carry licenses recognized nationwide. Idiotic what we have now-it's like driving to a neighboring state and your driver's license or marriage license isn't recognized. Sad that in this day and age we still have regressive states that refuse to recognize a universal civil right.
I think there is a bill moving through Congress on this.
Take powers away from the government agencies. These agencies create regulations that are backed by punishment through the courts and can warrant prison as punishment. This should be a law created by duly elected members of Congress. Regulations created by an unelected body should not have such powers.
Decide cases based upon a strict interpretation of the US Constitution and the laws for the city, state, and or country that apply to the case instead of laws or judicial decisions in other countries.

That’s your only issue, surely you must have more solid examples of where the courts have gone off the rails in the past. This thread is totally lacking in specific examples.
Not a conservative, but I'll answer as I would during any time for any court with any members:
Adjudicate according to the law as written.
Adjudicate according to the US Constitution.
If the law and Constitution provide no useful guide, adjudicate according to the order of sovereignty being individual > state.
If the issue is strictly a matter of government, then adjudicate according to being the judicial check on legislative and executive power.
Finally, adjudicate in a manner that makes me forget which party opposed you and which president appointed you. Justice is blind and neutral, not myopic and partisan. Restore that blindness and neutrality.

I will be curious to see how the far left will react when they see that a progressive (liberal) court is not a tool they can use to further their progressive (liberal) agenda.
It is far more damaging to a Republic to interpret its constitution as an arm of religion rather than to interpret it liberally or conservatively.
1. the 2A says very clearly "...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Bear means carry:
"(of a person) carry.
"he was bearing a tray of brimming glasses"
synonyms: carry, bring, transport, move, convey, take, fetch, deliver, tote, lug
"I come bearing gifts"
It means that a person should be able to carry a gun without permits, ccw, "good cause" and such. It's his natural right.
2. Remove all Affirmative Action, as it's a discrimination based on race or sex.
Interesting how you left out the first part of it, which goes, "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state..." No wonder. Judges tend to get hung up on the "well regulated" part.
