Give up!

Or do the best you can, then that is all that can be done. So after that don't worry about it.

I figure there is NOTHING or NOTHING MORE I can do about something, so there is NO POINT in worrying about it - time to go have fun and forgetaboutit!

If later there is something more I can do, then I will do what I can.

Re-access objective and formulate alternative untried solution using what tools you have available.

Your question is oxymoronic. Either you can accomplish the task (albeit with difficulty) or the task is definitely beyond your ability. Which is it?

If you are running into difficulties, re-assess the task, get assistance as needed, and try again.

I just do the best I can do and try to be happy with my efforts. I realize I cannot do the impossible and don't beat myself up about it. If it's something essential, like plumbing or electrical work, I hire someone to do it for me. If it's something where good enough is alright I tackle it myself with the help of Youtube videos and internet instructions.

It's a mindset.
Nothing is impossible, in my way of thinking.
I'm used to accomplishing things that others failed at.

As Eminem says "Gotta move fast, gotta perform miracles"

That's what separates the warriors from everyone else.
Most people don't have what it takes.

Why try to do what is not realistic? Women in their 70's will not be playing basketball for the Phoenix Suns, no matter how much they desire to attain this goal. None of us will be building a time machine that works, even if we spend a lifetime working really hard. You have to pick realistic goals. It's OK if the goal is really challenging, but it can't be unrealistic.
