Dems 'plan' is to impeach Kav, replace him with a lib, then expand SCOTUS by 3 or 4 of their hand-picked lib justices. SCOTUS is not limited to 9 justices.

However many SCOTUS justices Trump will put in, the dems will expand SCOTUS far beyond what Trump has done in the opposite direction.

The dems will make sure SCOTUS is always lib favored from here on out. The dems have learned that SCOTUS controls America.

"wanting to investigate" a feeling he committed perjury vs. expaninding the SCOTUS by 4 hand-picked judges is quite a stretch.

And if they do this the GOP will add a few seats when they get back in power. The two sides will go back and forth with this little game until we have dozens of seats and the SC is as large as the senate. Short term thinking as always by the dems.

Vox? LMAO! You need 2/3 in the Senate to impeach Kavanaugh. Good luck!

This post & thread are incoherent rubbish. Democrats could not achieve any of those items without some level of R support. And any Dem gains that happen in November will occur in purple and red districts. Those folks are not going balls to the wall appease some fringe on internet political forums or left wing enclaves.

Heck- Trump still hasn't locked Hillary up with Rs control all three branches of the federal government and the majority of states. How are Dems going to achieve this coup with a slim majority in 1/2 of one branch?

How will they do this without a majority?

they learned that 50 years ago if not more. that's why they're freaking out about losing their half-century lock on the SC.
