Mexico's new president had better halt them before they reach the border, especially before the midterms. This is a Dem tactic to have more 'children in cages.' Optics!
Exactly.
We, along with the rest of the world, already give aid to third world countries. We, along with the rest of the world, already give resources to build up infrastructure in third world countries(factories in Haiti for example). We should not be responsible in giving every third world citizen welfare checks. It's time that the citizens in third world countries start standing up for themselves in their home countries - if their government leaders are bad, if gangs roam the streets, etc., then they, the citizens of those countries, need to do something about it instead of running away.
That's what I think too. Latin America and Mexico have beautiful landscapes and a bounty of resources. Don't leave, change it.
I see that Trump proposed $460M in aid for Honduras, how much got approved. Seems like the solution is to do more to address the violence and economy in Honduras, money well spent. Those are some fairly desperate people willing to walk from Honduras, we should be doing more addressing the problem rather than the symptom.
You don’t actually think they walk all the way from Honduras to the USA .... do you???
They are transported and then Trained in how to get in and get the welfare. It’s well organized by Leftists.
They are recruited.
I was not involved in the decision to bring these children into the world, and certainly not part of the process to create them. Why should I, as a US citizen and taxpayer, be expected to share my land and provide for them?
Prepare the minefield, put up some warning signs in various languages so they can’t say they weren’t warned, and televise the resulting fireworks as a pay per view event. I’ll make the popcorn.
