Carter Page is suing the DNC, and the law firm Perkins Coie for their claims made in the dossier.

People keep saying the dossier is true, yet Carter Page has never been charged, and is now suing for defamation.

Former Trump campaign associate Carter Page filed a defamation lawsuit Monday against the Democratic National Committee and its law firm, which commissioned the infamous Steele dossier.

Page filed the suit in federal court in Oklahoma against the DNC, the law firm, Perkins Coie, and two of its partners, Marc Elias and Michael Sussmann.

Page previously sued Yahoo’s parent company, Oath, Inc., over the article, which was published on Sept. 23, 2016. The lawsuit was dismissed in May, but Page has appealed the decision.

This one will go the same way.

Yep. You can tell it has no merit and no validity if the Daily Caller reports it.

Well, Carter page doesn't seem worried about discovery, it seems he has nothing to hide.

It kind of puts his Russian collusion conspircy theories to rest.

Page is no Russian spy or plant, he's an FBI spy/plant that they threw under the bus for politics.

They slandered and libel him, defaming his character.
That cannot be tolerated by anyone in the USA, no matter who you are.
They have defamation legislation, to keep pissed off people from killing the person that lied about them.

I think what you mean is that all the networks that have pushed the Russian collusion conspircy theory are reluctant to report it because is refutes their Russian collusion hoax.

I just checked the first 5 pages of a google search, and only found that MSN was the only left leaning network to show up. I searched CNN's main site, and couldn't find anything about it.

since page is the plaintiff the burdon of proof ( by the preponderance of the evidence ) is on him to prove that the accusations in the dossier are false, that the DNC and perkins/cole knew they were false and that the intent was to cause harm to page.

i don't see that all coming together but if page has the time on his hands......
