If Obama's deficit didn't matter then Trump's won't either.
What is the real complaint ?
Trump is continuing to do what Obama did isn't he ?
Obama was a great success so say the lefties.
Trump does it and its bad ? Disconnected logic.

Here we are talking about deficit and no where is it mentioned in the report or OP's link.
Where does all the deflection and distraction come from ?

This is Trump's economy.

US was already #2 in manufacturing on pace to become # 1 again. Let me know when Trump turns back tide of automation and AI so the 80K button pusher jobs come back in droves...then we can talk...

Maybe you didn't read the report. There is work to do by all countries.

WEF warns that governments are not prepared for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

"But technology is not a silver bullet on its own. Countries must invest in people and institutions to deliver on the promise of technology."

so the economy growing at a snails pace under obama is good, but the economy growing at a much faster rate under trump is bad?

and trump has done nothing but hang onto obamas coat tails on the economy? that is rubbish. trump has cut regulations to spur on the economy, and not only got tax cuts for everyone, but also mae it possible for american companies to repatriate money held in overseas banks to invest in the US.

obama spent a lot of money propping up the economy, and he should get credit for that. but by the same token trump deserves credit for his part in growing the economy.

and by the way, because of trumps efforts, we have more than 7 million jobs open right now, and not enough workers to fill those jobs. we never had that under obama.

Trump has been coasting on Obamas' work.

Ken
What? Like a trillion dollars on empty "Shovel Ready Jobs" or telling Americans to expect to lose manufacturing jobs? The Fed lowering interest rates is the reason we finally made it out of the recession, and it was the slowest recovery at that.

We do need to reduce government spending. We have record Federal Tax Revenue yet still run a huge deficit. This was IRRESPONSIBLE under Obama, and is the same under Trump. We should give the President the line item veto like many Governors have. It really is the fault of Congress even more than the President, but ultimately he must sign their budget.

Besides, Trump has been overturning Obama's worthless policies every chance he gets If Obamas policies were so great our economy should be in the tank now. Thank god we got out of the Paris Accord which gave China relief until 2030 on pollution at our expense, and sending our tax dollars to the 3rd world to fuel their economies.
