Wonder what made them change their mind. Celebs are so funny. They use media exposure to beat their chests (figuratively speaking) with all their big talk but when it comes down to to it, their words are just fluff.

I wonder about all the conservatives who vowed to leave if Obama was elected and reelected?

14 Stars Who Vowed to Leave America If Donald Trump Wins Election

Cher, Striessand, Cyrus, Jackson, Lopez, Sharpton, and others...
They unwittingly might have helped to bolster the get out and vote for Trump by "threatening" that.

Not what we need any motivation. President Trump has done enough good for our country to ensure that.

They would be equally as foolish.

I agree Doesn't matter which political party is talking. Threatening to leave your country if someone is elected is like a child throwing a tantrum because they can't have ice cream before bedtime.

One of American's favorite race-baiting celebrities, Al Sharpton, is on the list. Funny!

Must be a slow news day to post a ridiculous thread like this one. So many important issues to talk about, like Trump being wishy washy on the Saudis, and we have to talk about this non issue.

I'm sure no one ever said they would leave America if Obama or Clinton or Kerry were elected. Some people need to let off steam. Some people care way too much who the president is. Some people say outlandish things. Why do you care if they're still here or not? Just ignore them.

Cher said she was moving to Jupiter if I recall. I believe that can be classified as hyperbole. George Lopez, a comedian, said we wouldn't have to worry about immigration because they'd all go back. Didn't turn out to be true, but, well, he's a comedian and comedians sometimes say outlandish things. Jon Stewart, another comedian, said he'd move to "another planet" and I believe Tina Fey voiced similar plans. Since other planets have yet to be colonized, I guess they were being silly.

I think SpaceX is working to accommodate a couple of those requests...
