Trump going around the country isn't just about campaigning for other people, he's also been campaigning for himself - this entire time that the left has been crying about his rallies. No other president has requested and been granted to being his reelection campaign on day 1 in office, but then again, no other president has accomplished as much as he has in such a short time.
