Not just cities but towns, too. Do some googling. The list is long and it is happening all over the country.

Where do you live where this hasn't happened? Pass that info along so that others who have the means can move there, too.

Are you sure of that?

WASHINGTON
An effort to mandate that every employer use a system to check that their employees are working in the country legally was rejected by House leaders Tuesday — a strong signal that those pushing immigration reform do not believe it has enough support to be passed as part of a comprehensive immigration bill.

The failure of the e-verify plan — which was eagerly sought by conservatives wary of the bill — means the House will instead vote on a plan that still includes a path to citizenship for 1.8 million Dreamers, people brought to the country illegally as children.

That plan, due for a vote as soon as Wednesday, would impose cuts in legal immigration and provide $25 billion for border security, including President Donald Trump's border wall.

Farm groups strongly opposed the defeated employee verification system. Those groups represent huge swaths of the Central Valley districts of House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-California, and Rep. Jeff Denham, R-California, who have been leading immigration efforts in the House.

Democrats aren't needed to pass e-verify. Republicans have been able to push through every piece of legislation that they wanted, all by themselves. They couldn't get e-verify passed because the Republican house members who live in districts where large number of illegals are employed in agriculture wouldn't support it.

Even so, that doesn't excuse no Democrats voting for e-verify.

Actually, that poster and I blamed both sides. You blamed Democrats for what many Republicans did.

If you had seen your child's education get compromised because illegal aliens took up too many resources, you would understand. One elderly woman who lived alone had an illegal break into her house and rape her.

For you to say that people like me have been "duped" is absolutely despicable.
Can you give us some more examples of these previously prosperous communities that have recently become smoldering ruins due to illegal immigration or do we have to wait for the next Snake Pliskin movie to find out?

Actually they are needed as you just pointed out that not all Republicans (or Dems) vote in unison. Wheres the support from Dems since they also want everify supposedly? As you stated, they do not vote in unison. The Dems could vote for everify and get it passed.

Where's your support since you supposedly agree we need everify? All I hear is resistance and excuses.
