What promise kept? The president in love with the sound of his own voice made another speech. Fascinating. That is not keeping any promises at all. It's just talk. And you know what they say about talk. But hey, if Trump actually follows through with it and helps lower the cost of prescription drugs, that would help thousands or even millions of Americans lower their drug costs, and that would be a great thing. Ironically, the only way Trump can directly affect these drug prices is by using the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, an agency created by the Affordable Care Act

Saying and doing are two completely different things. Trump is a well established liar so until something is actually accomplished (meaning done, since you are seem to be unfamiliar with the word), it's meaningless.
Me saying "Hey, I'm planning to get my PhD in statistics!" isn't the same as me actually getting that PhD. Talk is cheap.
