Conservatives LOVE the constitution until it prevents them from discriminating against someone based on their brown skin or non-Christian religion...then it needs to be changed. AmIrite?

The Apprentice is going to override the Constitution?
No he's going to force SCOTUS to make a ruling finally on it and that's a good thing.

Fat chance of that happening.

It really comes down to the interpretation of "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" .

I don't believe what is happening now has anything to do with the intent of the amendment.
No matter what Congress does on this issue, it will still go to the Supreme Court. It doesn't matter who initiates this, the President or Congress.

Things like this are EXACTLY what SCOTUS is for. Pick up a book sometime and learn something.

Another one who doesn't understand the role of SCOTUS and how things make it to them for a ruling.

It's a non-issue designed to gin up the voters.

Children born here are not immigrants, legal or otherwise. Their parents might not be native, but children born here are not immigrants.

It only took you people on the left to turn this into a racial issue about 10 minutes just like you do everything else. The race card is irrelevant. You've been overplaying it for the last 40 years. That card is worn out, wrinkled and useless now. Try something else.

Not now they aren't but hopefully that will change, just like it is in all other countries

Yeah, get rid of it, but do it according to the Constitution. Trump is not a dictator. If we can't get the majorities needed to change things, then we just have to accept that that is what it means to live in a democracy
