These people don't know anything about lawsuits. You can bet the Leftist organizations in this country are putting them up to this (or doing it but claiming it is the caravan). God the Leftists are villianous.

Whether these lawsuits are found frivolous or ruled for the plaintiffs, American should all be proud of the fact that we are a nation of laws (still) and when we disagree we go to court to settle things rather than reach for our guns or our bombs.

I'm glad Trump's new policy is that if anyone crosses the border illegally (sneak across as you put it) they will automatically be spent back to Mexico. They must present themselves at a point of entry, and we're not talking about the Rio Grande river our a gap in the fencing, Lol.

And as undermanned and overwhelmed the point of entry is, we all know the line and the wait is going to be very very very long. We all know they're gonna try to cross illegally, and will be turned around and sent back. "Hey bro....the line is over there!"

Usually there is more to a lawsuit than just having a bunch of amateurs glance at it and give it a thumbs up or down like Joaquin Phoenix in Gladiator. I'm not sure the Plaintiffs have standing but I'm also not sure how the executive could be held to account for violating laws that apply to non-citizens outside US borders if they lacked standing. I would be interested to understand the legal arguments for/against.

Exactly. Just like the liberal gov in CA suing the refineries because they caused global warming. Lol.

Of course they are. Pueblo Sin fronteras sends legal teams down to coach these travelers before they reach our border.
