So these so called migrants, more like invaders think they have constitutional rights like every ordinary U.S. Citizen and some have gone the length to sue the President saying theirs are being violated.

What say you?

They are not even on American soil to claim rights and have no standing. IMO

If they have standing then every person in the world does too. That wouldn't be immigration policy but would be open border or no border policy.

New proposed development program for Puerto Rico: As its being rebuilt from the hurricane, build a big facility on the island into a receiving center for "asylum seekers" and "refugees." Charter flights from central processing at the border.

"Catch and release" onto the island while asylum applications are pending. Harder to disappear like they do in the continental US.

Puerto Ricans get priority access to apply for jobs running and building the reception and "welcome centers" on the island. Refugees have to stay on the island while their case is being heard. Relocate 100 immigration judges into a facility built for the purpose of processing claims. If an application is denied, it's deportation within 48 hours.

This can also be done at Guantanamo probably, but catch and release wouldn't work.

Trump has declared ICE will deny asylum to people who crosses outside of ports of entry. I don't know if that is a constitutional issue, but it is clearly illegal as OUR law says that people can claim asylum anywhere within our borders. Follow the law, Trump! You don't have to shoot anyone.

They have zero rights under the US Constitution outside the jurisdiction of the US. They have no more right to due process than they would to have access to firearms under the 2nd, or free speech under the 1st.

A US citizen, outside the jurisdiction of the US, has no US constitutional rights also.

Puerto Ricans are US citizens. They can come and go and stay as they please.

The US Constitution is for the citizens of America....while foreigners enjoy its protection while LEGALLY here in the US, it does not apply to persons outside of the US or invaders.

These Hondurans LACK STANDING....

And which group is it that is "representing" them? Anyone care to hazard a guess as to their likely cultural and religious "identity"??

If they are truly seeking asylum these people should walk into an official point of entry and claim asylum. Not force their way over the border. If they do that, I don't think Trump has a leg to stand on. Each case will be processed and decided upon accordingly. Now if they try and "force" their way over the border and are stopped prior to making it over well then...

Yes. I agree. But they do not have to and Trump can't change the law just because it appeals to his base. (I don't think anyone is going to "force" their way over, but they may sneak across). Of course, in the end Trump via the Justice Dept will do what the law and the courts say he should do. He is just a blowhard con man.
