The right-wing keeps interfering with California's affairs.

Calif. shooter used high-capacity magazine that voters outlawed, but ban was blocked by lawsuit

The suspected shooter in Wednesday night’s attack at a California bar used a high-capacity magazine outlawed by a 2016 voter referendum, although its implementation is currently delayed by a lawsuit from gun rights advocates.

More laws won't make a difference.

You think a person intent on murdering random people is going to let a pesky little law stop him????

Murder is already illegal. Does that stop mass shooters?

It's about lessening nut cases capability to do damage by limiting the volume firepower, not completely eliminating any risk.

Gun nuts are not high on that "nuance" stuff.

So... what you're saying is....

Other countries are achieving it but we, America, just need to live with it.

Yup, way to MAGA.

And also, you're wrong. As evidenced by tens of hundreds of developed countries.

First off, it's unconstitutional in so many ways the biggest being stealing something without compensating the person. The Govt wanted to steal the mags without paying for them. Second, there are tests after tests showing that the rate of fire is barely different between a shooter with 4 5 round mags, 2 ten round mags or 1 20 round mag.

Liberals propose we make it harder to murder people.

Right-wingers up in arms in defiance.
