Because anyone who has engaged Trump knows that he isn't a very reliable partner. One day he'll say something, and the next day, he talk up something totally opposite. So if Pelosi saying that about Bush, who is a more consistent person than Trump, it means that she isn't holding her breath about being able to work productively with the mercurial Trump.
