Stone may know where the bones are buried, but Mueller may never have relied on only Stone's testimony to find them. Cohen was always in the picture too, as were Stone's assistant, Manafort and his guys, and some others.

Of them all, Stone was always the most experienced political operative by far, and the wealthiest, except for Paul Manafort, who may have been wealthier.
Roger Stone already knew he could plead the 5th as soon as he was contacted at the first, and Mueller knew Stone's reputation before he called on Stone.

I'm sure Stone's refusal to testify won't cripple or stop the investigation. I don't think it will even slow the investigation down.

Oh yeah.

Simpson, who appeared for the closed-door session Tuesday under subpoena, invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.

Nellie Ohr exercised spousal privilege and largely declined to discuss conversations she had with her husband, Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, over the so-called Steele dossier during a meeting with two GOP-led House committees on Friday.

Fired FBI Director James B. Comey refused to appear before Congress on Monday to talk about his handling of the Clinton email investigation, and his fired deputy, Andrew McCabe, asserted his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination, Sen. Charles E. Grassley said.

House Republicans are threatening former FBI lawyer Lisa Page with contempt proceedings after she failed to appear for a deposition Wednesday despite a subpoena.

And there's plenty more where that came from!

Plead the 5th? Like that card isn't overused at times.

He didn't plead the fifth. He sent documents to tell them to go **** off, I've done my part.
Nothing new has changed from his previous testimony, where he put every Domonic partisan grilling him, in their place.

it amazes me that evangelical christians can still rationalize their absolute support of trump.
Evangelicals are not real Christians. They've already proven that time and time again over the last few years. Real Christians know that already. The CINOs, however, are unwavering in their support of the most godless man who ever sat in the Oval Office.

Navajo and Apache are not real Indians, either.

I didn't know you could please the 5th on documents.

Is that even a thing?
