Heck, Fox News just called him a Felon. When Fox goes that far, you know it's true 10X over.

"“The felony is paying Michael Cohen to commit a felony,” Napolitano concluded. “It’s pretty basic.”"

Tell us the name of the person at the DOJ who said Trump was a felon.

I thought so.

The story was 100% made up.

same doj who falsified a warrant to spy on journalists, same doj who slow walked Hillary's emails, same doj who read a list of Hillary's crimes and judged no prosecutor would pursue her crimes, same doj who lied about F&F, same doj who Obama weaponized to suppress conservative vote.

Same DOJ, and you need better glasses.

One of the most amusing things about watching this slow motion disaster is the reaction of prominent Republicans. Scoffing at the fact that Trump not only partnered with convicted felons throughout his campaign, but that he could very well be indicted after his exit from office, or impeached while in office. "It's no big deal."

Sen. Orrin G. Hatch’s comment: "What is a crime, even?"

These are the same Republicans that relentlessly drove the impeachment of Clinton for lying about an affair with an intern. The sliminess of these politicians never ceases to amaze.

Uh-oh. Some heads here on C-D must be spinning. Who can they rely on now for fake news?

DOJ did not call Trump a felon. That would be tantamount to slander. To be a felon you need to go through the court system and be convicted by a jury of your peers. That hasn't happened yet. I know some of you hate Trump so much you're willing to lynch him on the spot based on some summary reports - in the USA you're innocent until proven guilty.

At best, the DOJ indicated there was evidence that Trump may have committed a felony.
