The title of this thread should be: Nearly 60 percent of Americans say yes to flu vaccines.

It looks like the C-D crowd compares pretty closely to the poll in the OP.

Good to know that the majority here are not anti-vaxxers. That's somewhat reassuring.

See post 157. Do you want to walk back your 'idiot' statement a bit?

America is no different to the rest of the world.

There is an international flu vaccination comparison chart on this website.

There is that funny meme about how if the CDC says the lettuce is deadly, everyone throws it out.
But if they recommend a flu shot, they're part of some global conspiracy.

Maybe it's because I grew up in a family that has multiple doctors, including my father, but I trust in traditional medicine. I see no reason not to get a flu shot. I just want to be happy and healthy, would rather not take my chances.

Interesting and hardly surprising. Thanks.

Haha, I was going to ask earlier in the thread how many of the "my doctor is a shill for big pharma" people ate romaine lettuce during the recall.

Has anybody looked into whether these new cases of polio like illnesses in children could be tied to bad vaccines? Maybe their immune systems are being affected and reacting to them.

I haven't gotten a flu shot in a long time. My friends all get it; they still get sick every winter . .

I just don't see a huge benefit to it from personal experience. It's not a political thing for me.

Yes, yes, yes, and the answer is no, no, no. These kids don't have polio. They have a disease that has symptoms similar to polio. The media should be ashamed of themselves, stirring up all this Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. They are infected with a virus!
