The government will partially (75% is already funded) shut down Friday at 11:59:59 PM if a CR or budget isn't passed, do you think it will happen?

Gutless Donnie is gonna blink, Big Time. He's too much of a coward and a liar to actually try to keep any of his promises.

Yeah, but so what, really? It's a frequent Republican threat, and Trump likes to bully, so it's no surprise.

Nope. No one wants a repeat of 2013 in either house of Congress.

Trump doesn't have enough votes for his wall and he won't get them if he shuts down the government.

And he knows it, as much as it pains him to admit it.

So I fully expect him to unleash a flurry of furious Tweets that pass the blame on to everyone but him, but he'll sign on Friday and then go golfing for the next 2 weeks and forget all about it.

Yep. For this very reason, I voted no. Trump lost. And even he is smart enough to know it. But he doesn't really care, because he's off for two weeks of golf and fleecing the supporters. That's what's important to him. While Oldglory and others wail about it, he won't give the wall, or his supporters, a second thought.
