The former New York mayor’s column, published on Sunday, said the partial shutdown of the U.S. government shows Trump’s administration is unraveling.

Bloomberg pointed to last week’s stock market plunge as another sign that “Trump’s recklessly emotional and senselessly chaotic approach to the job” has a real impact.

“At the halfway mark of this terrible presidency, one has to wonder how much more the country can take,” he added.

Bloomberg has qualities, expertise and achievements that Trump is too ignorant to even dream of coming close to. I love the stark differences between these two and how Bloomberg could easily eviscerate Trump in a public debate as an actual self-made successful and brilliant businessman as compared to the grifter who was born on third base and claims he hit a homerun and who actually bankrupted multiple businesses with the many piles of cash his daddy gave him.

The link does not refer to Bloomberg.

Trump would refer to Bloomberg as “ Soda Ban” guy and Trump’s base would likely eat it up.

I continue to wish for a viable Independent Third Party ticket in 2020 to disrupt the election. Bloomberg could be half that ticket. Bloomberg certainly does not need any party’s financial support.

Thanks...fixed it.

The stupidity of not getting what Bloomberg was aiming to do with the cup size ban was indicative of how the simplest of concepts go right over the heads of the dumbed-down crowd. It reminded of that ridiculous and ubiquitous calling out of Obama on the "you didn't build that" speech.
