Pay a little closer to what he said,when he said it and where you get your information. I find it hard to believe anyone would take this article seriously. Yes, we all know he is overly conservative for many of us, but we also know it is easy to take a statement out of context and and turn it into something that was not really said.

Yes it is. There is a good argument here to condemn Pence but it was poorly presented.

The liberal position is that abstinence is a good thing BUT if you can't abstain - then use protection.
